1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business day after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin once your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship within the United States.

Orders are shipped via USPS.

4. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Events outside our control

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@flavorpump.club within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist.
