1. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery.

What we’ll do:

  • Issue a replacement or refund, depending on availability and your preference
  • Shipping costs for damaged items will be covered by us

2. 5-Pack Starter Set Refunds

We offer refunds on the 5-Pack Starter Set under the following conditions. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the refund
  • Photos (if applicable)

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
